Pause or Pass
Pause when you're busy, for today or until a date. Pass skips this lead. Both take two taps, so you can't do it by accident.

Leads ring through Do Not Disturb
You only get 1 minute, so lead alerts have to ring even when your phone is silenced. You'll turn this on once in setup. If alerts ever get blocked, Home shows a yellow banner. Tap Fix it.

Busy? Pause, don't silence
Silencing your phone makes every lead wait a minute on you for nothing. So if you miss 2 leads in a row, the app pauses you. Leads skip you until you tap Resume. No points lost.
